MedtecLIVE Talent Award 2022

On 3 and 4 May 2022, Janick, our Mechanical Design Engineer, had the honour of competing with his Master's thesis "In-silico design comparison of multi-objective design-optimised patient-specific acromion Levy type II implants with finite element analysis" at the MedtecLIVE Talent Award 2022 in Stuttgart. This international event gave the chance to all those who completed a bachelor or master thesis in medical technology in the last 2 years. In the end, 5 finalists competed against each other and were evaluated by a wide-ranging expert jury, both the work itself and the presentation.

"Unfortunately, it was not enough to win, but to be among the top 5 is a great honour and the experience was unique. I was also able to make a lot of new contacts for my future and I remain excited about what is to come. The next victory is ours, Ronovatec!" - Janick.
