Martisweidweg 2 - Ronovatec is revamping

When I had my job interview in the Ronovatec office a year ago, the start-up feeling was palpable. Smallest office, everyone brings their own laptop or MacBook, WLAN was shared with neighbouring office and the printer was my best friend: "Yes, please see if you can get this thing to work", Marcus let me know on the first day of work. One thing was clear - the view is unbeatable.

Half a year later and we have moved from the ground floor to the first floor (including the printer). We rented spacious premises that served the previous owner as a private art gallery. Hence there was/is a lot to redesign or find out: which sockets can be operated with which of the 100 buttons on the switchboard, how are the rooms divided and which is room 1, 2 or 5?, which light switches are connected and how? (DALI sends its regards). We needed WLAN subito (which is no easy task over Christmas).
From the beginning it was clear that there would be an office wing, a "workshop" or engineering office and a second part for sales, management and admin. One half was equipped with toilets and kitchen, the second - the engineering office - was not. Also missing was a lift to transport the robot to the first floor for further developments or error analysis. So a hole had to be made and a lift be installed.

To sum up, I had contact with several different professions during the reconstruction in the last few months. All of them were and are fully motivated and so the rebuilding was fun and the result is really cool premises. Our architect was very creative in his design. Our kitchen and washrooms are built into transport boxes - the labels on it are missing, but our design-oriented Michi will be active there soon. Now the wonderful kitchen and the toilets are in place, a hole is there (still covered) and the sockets are where we will need them. We think.

We don't know when our lift will arrive (from Italy so it may be a while). That does not prevent us from confiscating the front part of the office. By the way, we are still looking for subtenants for the second half of the office.

We are looking forward to moving into the new rooms soon and when our lift is installed, we will toast with all helpers.

With many thanks for the excellent work and warmest recommendation (in alphabetical order): Dani and Röbi (arnold architekten gmbh), Gianni (Margiotta Sanitär und Haustechnik GmbH), Mäsi (Elite-Bohr), Markus Ehrat (IEO Abdichtungs GmbH), Melk and Christoph (Melk Rohrer AG), Remy Gürber (GürberIngenieure AG), Robi (my co-project manager and sponsor of this renovation), Robin and Martin (CKW Conex Küssnacht), Sylvia (Perlenglanz Reinigung GmbH) and all the others I forgot to mention.
